Welcome to Thought-Bot AI!

Replace
Automatically replaces your highlighted text with a proofread and improved version.

Replace & Copy
Performs the same proofreading as “Replace,” but instead of inserting it directly, the revised text appears in the Thought Bubble or Message Panel for manual copying. Useful on websites with restrictions that prevent automatic text replacement.

Reply
Generates a response to the highlighted text using your selected response mode and tone (configured in the Dashboard).

If you choose to disable the Thought Bot Helper, you can still access its features at any time by right-clicking on any blank area of the page. This will open the same context menu, allowing you to launch Instruct, open the Dashboard, or re-enable the Thought Bot Helper.

Right-click the Thought Bot to open its context menu, then choose one of the following:

  • Profile
    View your token balances, subscription status, and other account details.

  • Open Instruct
    Launch the core quoting tool to build estimates with material and labor costs—and automatically generate related documents (materials list, invoice, contract, etc.).

  • Open Dashboard
    (Recommended for first-time users)
    Enter your business details (used across all documents) and configure AI proofreading settings.

  • Settings
    Toggle the injected Thought Bot Helper on or off—and look out for future fine-tuning options.

Double Click

Double-click the Thought Bot at any time to extract content from the current web page. This feature is useful for full-page analysis, providing context for chats, and detecting things like malicious intent or embedded emails.

Proofread Tools

From the Dashboard, you can configure settings for the Proofread tools to better match your communication style and needs.

Response Mode

  • Standard – Ideal for longer, more detailed messages.

  • Basic – Best for brief, concise replies.

Style Tone
Set the overall tone for your rewritten or generated text:

  • Casual – Friendly and informal, great for everyday use.

  • Formal – Polished and professional, suitable for business or official communication.

  • Work – Balanced tone for coworkers, tasks, or professional updates.

  • Family / Loved One – Warm, caring tone for personal conversations.

Instruct/Dashboard

Click the Thought-Bot AI robot icon 🤖 on any page to receive helpful tips and guidance on how to use the application and its features.

Both Instruct and the Dashboard include help icons 🛈—click any help icon, and Thought-Bot AI will guide you. You can also click the Thought-Bot AI on any page or open module, such as Project Overview or Project Settings, to receive step-by-step assistance.
